Public terms

This document is an offer by Mateusz Jagodzicki (the Maker) to conclude a contract for a website on the terms below. Sending a request through the form does not charge money. The contract is concluded after a written confirmation of the scope and receipt of the prepayment.

1. Subject

The Maker designs a website under the chosen plan: Start €150, Bureau €250 or Atelier €500, or under an individual written brief if the volume goes beyond a plan.

2. What is included

The contents of each plan are published on the Pricing page and form part of these terms. Not included unless agreed separately: registering a company, setting up ad accounts, running Google Ads, copy beyond the plan, photography, buying stock, a year of hosting.

3. Time

Time is counted in working days from the moment the prepayment and the client’s materials arrive (copy, logo, domain access). Idle time caused by missing materials moves the deadline.

4. Payment

50% prepayment before the start, the remainder before the files are handed over and uploaded to your server. Currency is euro. Bank details are sent by email. Bank fees sit with the payer unless agreed otherwise.

5. Acceptance

The Maker shows the result as a link. The client sends revisions within the plan’s rounds inside 5 working days. Silence after that period is treated as acceptance.

6. Rights in the result

After full payment the client may use the site in their own business. The Maker may show fragments in a portfolio unless the client forbids this in writing.

7. Liability

The Maker is not liable for the client’s hosting, for ad blocks caused by the nature of the business, or for acts of third parties. Damages are limited to the sum paid for the plan.
